Resources
Helplines are confidential support services that provide assistance to individuals experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, or crisis situations. Helplines and resources are important because they offer accessible support at any time, especially for people who may lack access to healthcare or feel unable to reach out to family/friends. By connecting people to trained listeners, resources, and emergency help when needed, helplines can reduce feelings of isolation and prevent crises from escalating.
